No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods/services at any time. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to a contract being entered into and are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any goods/services or changing any prices.

You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the site.

You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this site. Occasionally we may use third party writers to help us provide our services, this involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available online such information to the writer in order to provide a quality service.

Please note that all third party writers have agreed to our terms and conditions and should they be found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, they will have their contract terminated with immediate effect.

We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We retain the right to revoke your right to continued use of our services at our discretion.

Your documents will usually be delivered via email using the email address provided to us. Your documents will be delivered within a mutually agreed timescale of receipt of all the information required to proceed (usually from time of consultation). If you believe that your documents have not arrived,  please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us. We will only deliver documents by post by specific agreement with you.  This will incur additional charges which will must be paid in full before the document(s) can be dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your contract with us after payment please notify us immediately. If we have not carried out any work then we will refund the cost in it’s entirety. If we have carried out a partial amount of the work then we will agree with you reasonable compensation for the amount of work carried out thus far. If we have already completed the documents then we will not be able to cancel the order. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms, conditions or policies.
